This Privacy Policy applies to the ERIDEPRO mobile application (the “App”) for iOS and Android. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR is the app publisher.

The App does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or marketing technologies. No user profiles are created.
Only technically necessary data is processed to operate the App and ensure stability.
No precise location data, contact data, or advertising identifiers are collected.
For technical diagnosis and error analysis, the App uses Sentry.
In case of an error, technical information such as device details, operating system version, and error context may be processed solely to identify and fix technical issues.

Certain API requests are processed via Cloudflare Workers.
Cloudflare may temporarily process IP addresses and request metadata to ensure secure and reliable operation of the backend services.

Technical and diagnostic data is retained only as long as necessary to resolve issues. No long-term storage of personal data or usage histories takes place.
Data is not sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes. Disclosure occurs only if legally required or necessary to enforce legal obligations.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect processed data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if legal requirements or app functionality change. The current version is always available within the App.
